Ex Head Chef and Proprietor of local Award Winning Miller of Mansfield joins G&S Golf Club as Executive Chef, whilst wife Mary Galer oversee the Food and Beverage Front of House. Mary and Nick have worked together all their lives together and say that they are ‘ying and yang’ but joked, Nick plays bad cop vs Mary’s good cop!
Food without taste is just ingredients. Our mission is to bring the best taste from the ingredients, as a piece of art presented on your table.

Taster Nights are being held on August 26th and 27th.
Booking is now open for the taster nights, a seasonal 5 course meal for the event whilst selected wines to pair with the dinner (optional but ideally selected at time of booking to avoid disappointment). Please click here to see the menu.
The cost of the evening will be £35 per person (optional wine flight which includes 3 pairings – at an additional £20 per person).

Best meal I have had at the club
Margaret and I would like to say how much we enjoyed the tasting menu on Wednesday’s members only night. On our table of eight there was agreement that it was a very enjoyable evening and we all look forward to similar future events. I have been a member for over 20 years and this was the best meal I have had at the club. Keep it up and well done.
