Hi Kiersa & Laura, I just wanted to express my thanks to you and all the team for the way my birthday celebration went on Saturday afternoon. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish, and I and all of my guests certainly had a very good time, helped of course by the lovely weather! I would like to say thank you to both of you and everyone else connected with the arrangements for, presentation of and the meal and service that we received last night.
It was very much appreciated and a real eye opener to those who had not previously seen G&SGC dressed up in it’s festive attire.
To be honest until last night there were a few who were not completely sold on the idea of coming to the Club this year.
Yes with only about 30 people in the big hall and no decorations it is inclined to lack some atmosphere and that is why I fought to get the function moved into the period where the the place would be decorated.
The plan worked and there was overwhelming approval. To such an extent that everyone I spoke to (and that was most of the guests) were so impressed that they expressed there wish that we should try to re-book for next year.

Dear Kiersa. I’ve been meaning to send an email to say how much everyone enjoyed the lunch on Friday. Lots of favourable comments and I think we’d like to come again! 

Excellent party night
We booked onto the Christmas joiner party night.
The meal was delicious, and portions were generous. We were particularly impressed with the individual attention at this venue, my friend’s gluten free diet was well catered for and the service was excellent and very attentive to our needs. The events team were helpful and responded quickly to questions when we were arranging the event.  Will definitely come back to this venue again.

Just wanted to send a quick THANK YOU message to all concerned for another wonderful New Years Eve, the meal and entertainment were fab and contributed towards a brilliant night.

Only one very small, and I mean a small one – the lack of ice buckets. Please do not take it as a complaint though.
