Minestrone soup with cheese baked bread
Smoked mackerel pate, horseradish dressing and pumpernickel
Medley of beetroot and goats cheese salad and a balsamic glaze
A chicken and ham terrine with piccalilli

Mains

Roast turkey free range 
Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding
Pan fried fillet of wild salmon, bed of spinach, lobster and prawn bisque
Tagine of winter vegetables, mixed leaves, flat bread and sour cream
 
All served with a selection of vegetables and roast potatoes

Desserts

Christmas pudding with brandy butter
Lemon curd cheesecake, raspberry puree
A very merry sherry trifle
Mincemeat tart, rum and raisin ice cream

Followed by freshly brewed coffee and a crispy mint.
