For Organisers of Corporate & Golf Society Events

On the Course

We suggest starting times for players should be arranged as follows:

• 2 Ball - 5 minute intervals
• 3 Ball - 7 minute intervals
• 4 Ball - 8 minute intervals 

If possible we suggest you put your lower handicap golfers out early in your programme.

Buggies

For golf societies booked from mid-April to mid-October we have buggies available for hire, subject to ground conditions being suitable. Please let us know in advance if you require buggies and we will reserve them.

Insurance

All visitors are automatically covered by the Club's Group Personal Public Liability & Accident scheme at no extra cost.

Refreshment Hut

There is a lovely refreshment hut conveniently situated on the course. It is open most days in the summer months to provide service to members and visitors. Check with us when you are making your booking and we can arrange for the hut to be open for your society or corporate event. Arrangements can be made for refreshment costs to be charged to your account.

Accommodation

If you need to arrange local accommodation for your players or guests we suggest you contact one of the following establishments, all within easy driving distance of the Club: We have a negotiated rate with the Swan at Streatley

Payment and Administration

An invoice will be either given to you towards the end of your day or posted to your company. Major Credit and Debit cards are accepted for payment.

A minimum of 16 players are required to constitute a society.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required on booking.
