Goring & Streatley Golf Club is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, only 9 miles from Reading, with stunning views over the Berkshire Downs & Thames Valley. We provide an ideal and exclusive venue for your wedding reception at a very competitive price.

Every effort is made to ensure that each wedding reception is individual - no other weddings are booked on your day - and all aspects are tailored to your particular requirements.

Situated on the upper floor of the clubhouse is our recently refurbished main restaurant, which is air-conditioned and can seat up to 120 people for the Wedding Breakfast and Evening Finger Buffet.

We provide the use of our dance floor at no extra charge, and can assist you in sourcing appropriate entertainment if required.

We have ample FREE car parking and additional parking at the rear of the clubhouse with wheelchair access to the first floor restaurant via a large shallow ramp, for the benefit of disabled guests.

Menu requirements and advice on room layout, wines, champagnes and other beverages can be discussed in detail when making the initial booking.

Our Head Chef has designed menus to ensure that you have an excellent choice in deciding on your Wedding Breakfast. We do of course endeavour to provide for any special dietary requirements for all guests. Alternatively, you may have some ideas of your own, which we will be happy to discuss.

We offer an extensive and carefully selected wine list comprising a range of wines from local suppliers which are delicious in themselves, and compliment the food on your plate.
