Our daily delegate rates are highly competitive, and we also provide comprehensive online booking facilities to make organising your meeting easier.

Notes for Organisers
If you have any questions regarding booking a meeting, or to change the details of a booking already made, please contact Sue Mooring (Restaurant Manager) on 01491 875122.
You must inform us of any changes to final numbers at least 48 hours before your meeting. Any reduction in numbers thereafter will be charged for in full.
Payment in full must be made on the day of the meeting
Credit and Debit Card facilities are available for payment of accounts.
All charges shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
A pro-forma invoice is available on request.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation by the organisation or individual making the booking. In the event of cancellation by us a refund may be due in respect of the deposit paid in accordance with the Club's Refund Policy.
Disabled Access
We are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 , and we have disabled access to our Restaurant, which is situated on the upper floor of the Clubhouse.
